Adam Allocco

​With a solid foundation in masonry and construction, Adam Allocco brings decades of hands-on experience and a passion for quality to his newest venture: Allocco Builders and Developers, LLC. As a lifelong resident of the Rochester area and graduate of the Aquinas Institute, Adam is deeply rooted in the community. He currently resides in the town of Greece, where he’s raising his family, actively volunteers in his children’s activities, and stays engaged in the place he proudly calls home.

Adam began his career in both commercial and residential masonry, building a reputation for skilled craftsmanship, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail. In 2009, he founded ARA Masonry, where he led a wide variety of successful projects that earned him the respect of peers and clients alike. His experience and vision naturally evolved into the creation of Allocco Builders and Developers, LLC in 2021, where he now brings that same commitment to quality into every home he builds.

Approachable, personable, and highly involved, Adam is not the kind of builder who hands things off and walks away - he is present every step of the way, ensuring the highest standards are met from the ground up. His current project, Autumn Heights, reflects his belief in thoughtful design, custom finishes, and homes built to stand the test of time. With generous lots that offer privacy, wooded backdrops, and serene water features, Autumn Heights is a community built with pride and purpose - just like the homes themselves.
